Why is it so difficult to get the bath feet that you want? They're only feet, they're not difficult to make, why are you nearly always forced to have stupid ugly looking "Ball and Claw" feet! Okay, they might suit an old style bathroom, if you're going for the victorian look, fair enough.

But if you want a modern looking bathroom, the last thing you want is bloody "Ball and Claw" feet!

We've spent weeks looking for a suitable bath for our new bathroom, pawing over catalogues and websites, and finally we find one that not only fits into the small space we have for a bath, but is also free-standing and looks pretty good. And importantly it has "Modern Chrome Feet"

Perfect!

So we order it, it gets delivered, and guess what? It's got pig-ugly "Ball and Claw" feet! And not only that but after several phone calls it's revealed that the manufacturers no longer make the chrome feet, so we're stuck with the balls and claws...

Not bloody likely! We returned the feet and got a discount on the overall cost, but now we have a bath, and no feet. I think we're going to make some wooden ones. *sigh*
